A project idea will be EXAMINED CAREFULLY to determine whether it will be beneficial to the client or not. During this step, a decision-making team will determine whether the project can realistically be completed.
A project plan can be put in writing, describing the work to be carried out. During this step, a team must PRIORITISE THE PROJECT, calculate a quote and timeline and determine the necessary resources.
The resource tasks are distributed, and the teams are informed of their RESPONSIBILITIES. This is a good time to bring forward important information about the project.
The project managers will compare the status and the progress of the project with the actual plan, as the planned work is executed. During this step, the project managers may have to adjust the timetables or do whatever is necessary for the plan to STAY ON SCHEDULE.
After the project tasks have been completed and the client has approved the result, an evaluation is necessary to highlight the PROJECT SUCCESS and learn from it.
